Terms of Use

You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Minivid on the devices attached to your Apple Account.

You may not reverse engineer, decompile or redistribute the app, except where the law grants that right regardless of any agreement.

Apple applies its standard End User Licence Agreement to apps that do not supply their own. These terms add to that agreement rather than replacing it.

Minivid Pro is available monthly, yearly, or as a one-time lifetime purchase.

The monthly and yearly plans renew automatically until you cancel. Your Apple Account is charged on confirmation of purchase and at each renewal.

Renewal happens within 24 hours of the end of the current period, at the price of the plan you are on.

Cancel in your App Store account settings at least 24 hours before the renewal date. After cancelling, access continues to the end of the period you have paid for.

The lifetime purchase is a single payment and does not renew.

The yearly plan starts with a 7-day free trial, available to first-time subscribers.

If you do not cancel before the 7 days are up, the yearly plan begins and your Apple Account is charged.

Any unused portion of the trial is forfeited if you buy a paid plan before it ends.

All purchases go through the App Store, so refunds are Apple's decision rather than mine.

Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. If Apple declines and you think that is unfair, email me.

Your videos are yours. Minivid claims no rights over them, and never receives them — compression happens on your device.

You are responsible for having the right to compress and share the videos you process.

Minivid is provided as is. Video compression is lossy by nature: the compressed file will not be identical to the original, which is the point of making it smaller.

Keep your original until you are happy with the result. Minivid never deletes it for you, but backing up your files is your responsibility.

To the extent the law allows, my liability is limited to what you paid for Minivid in the preceding 12 months.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These terms may change as the app changes. The date at the top reflects the most recent revision.

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without affecting the consumer rights you hold where you live.
